I’m a 5 Yr Ky State Certified Lash Artist! 27 yrs old and mother of one girl!! I have a passion for the beauty industry and love making women feel good about themselves!! ($20 deposit upon booking your appointment) (NON-REFUNDABLE). (PLEASE READ POLICY AND CANCELLATION RULES.) PLEASE COME WITH NO EYE MAKEUP, NO LASH CLUSTERS, NO LEFT OVER RESIDUE. - When booking an appointment you will need a “confirmation” message before coming to my salon. - Cash, (come with exact change) credit/debit cards or Zelle. - If running behind i do have a 10 min grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled. - No calls/ No shows will be cancelled and a 40% fee will be processed. - AFTER HOURS a fee of $50 will be added to your appointment. - PLEASE COME WITH CLEAN LASHES! NO MASCARA you will be asked to remove! Please note appointments are on a strict time schedule. - Services are non-refundable as soon as you step out my door! So If there is something you wish to change please let me know at your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelation Policy: You are responsible for showing up on time for your appointment. No Shows will be Subjected to a 40% Cancellation Fee. If you do not call, text, or leave a message 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule, you will be subjected to a 40% Cancellation Fee. Clients who show up 15 Minutes after Scheduled Appointment will have their appointment Forfeited and Subjected to a 30% Cancellation Fee. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO PAY YOUR FEE BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH ME. Lash Service Policy ✨ •. Deposits are non- refundable once booked. • All services are non-refundable once completed. • If you are not satisfied with your lash set, I am happy to offer a complimentary full removal within 3 days of your appointment. • Any concerns about your lashes must be communicated within 72 hours so I can properly address them. • After this timeframe, any additional services will be considered a new appointment. FILLS FROM ANOTHER ARTIST: While i accept Fills from another Lash Artist, please note if lashes are not properly isolated and/or glued together, you will have to go to your recent artist for a removal before I’m able to touch them. I value and want to protect your natural lashes! If there is damage to your lashes such as (gap’s, coarse, irregular curl pattern) i will not be able to do your lashes until they’re healthy. As your lash artist it’s my job to educate you and guide you on maintaining your lash health. My goal is always to ensure every client leaves feeling beautiful and confident.
